Reviving Focus 05: Targeted Subway Advertising Strategy

Focus 05, a lively restaurant in the heart of Manhattan's trendy Soho district, initially aimed to cater to the Millennial Generation, aged 22 to 42, with quality food, beverages, and entertainment. However, a mismatch in their customer base, leaning towards an older and more conservative demographic, prompted a strategic reevaluation. Situated across from a bustling subway station, Focus 05 sought to realign its branding by optimizing subway advertising, particularly through interior car cards.

I analyzed the existing subway advertising materials and, in collaboration with Focus 05's marketing department, crafted a more effective strategy that resonated with the intended Millennial audience. Three enticing subway ad options have been designed to attract patrons to savor the unique blend of flavors and entertainment offered at Focus 05.
